Guild Archtop model Duane Eddy Junior. 1962.

Super rare Natural/Blonde. This may very well be one the earliest production Blonde “Duane Eddy” Signature models to exist, simply called a “Jr”. serial # 22168 Before it was known as the DE400 it was titled the 'Duane Eddy Jr' B. If you have The Guild Guitar Book by Hans Moust, published in 1995, page 85 details most of the info on this model guitar. Since then just over a dozen Duane Eddy Jr. models have been found. (pretty rare) All the later ones had the regular 'Duane Eddy - 400' designation. The DE500 was gold plated parts. This guitar has a 60's slim neck, 2 White D’Armond pickups that are unreal sounding. Bound Rosewood fingerboard with white block pearl inlays. Nickel plated parts, Original engraved Kolb tuners with Diamond shaped pearl buttons. The Guild made Bigsby vibrato & metal bridge are 100% original. With early gold with silver topped, decal'd knobs. There are a few marks/nicks around the top of body. Comes with original black Guild case in very good condition. . 59000 SEK
